Domestic Processing

Big Horn Meat Cutting provides domestic processing for beef, hogs, sheep, and buffalo. Our domestic processing is a start-to-finish service from slaughter to cutting and ultimately vacuum packaging.

All smoking and curing is done onsite with our state-of-the-art equipment to produce our award-winning bacon, hams, and sausage.
