Big Horn Meat Cutting provides domestic processing for beef, hogs, and sheep. Each animal is cut according to a personalized set of instructions provided by each individual customer. Our domestic processing is a start-to-finish service from slaughter to processing and ultimately vacuum packaging. Each cut is expertly trimmed, labeled and ready for your table. All curing and smoking is done onsite with our state-of-the-art equipment to produce our award-winning bacon, hams, and sausage.
